How do I return an article?

1. Surf to www.oxypas.com.

2. Log in on our website with your personal account. Your login is the e-mail address at which you have received your order confirmation.

3. Click on “My Zone” and then on “Orders”.

4. Select the order from which you would like to return an article and click on “View details”. If in doubt about the order number, check the delivery note that was included in the parcel.

5. You will now see all articles of your order. Enter for each product how may items you would like to return for a refund in the column “Return for refund”. Then click on the button “Return/Exchange”.

6. Enter the reason why you would like to return your article (e.g. “too big”). This is not obligatory but we value your feedback. This way we can continuously improve our products and services. Then click on the button “Next”.

7. Choose the payment option you would like to use to purchase the return label. A return label costs £5.90 for UK and 7.90€ for Spain, Denmark, Sweden, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.

8. Double-check your e-mail address.

9. Click on “Request return label”.

10. You are now redirected to a web page of MULTISAFEPAY, our payment provider.

11. As soon as your payment has been processed, you will receive an e-mail from Oxypas with the return label attached. Now all you have to do is to paste the label on your parcel and drop it off in a DPD parcelshop. You can find your nearest DPD parcelshop here:

Important: for our returns we work with DPD in UK, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania, with Seur in Spain and with Postnord in Denmark and Sweden. Regardless of the transporter that delivered your parcel, return parcels must always be handed over to these partners.

12. As soon as we receive your return, we will refund the returned articles by means of the payment option you have used for your original order. You can find your nearest DPD Pickup shop on www.dpd.co.uk . Important: for our returns we work with DPD. Of course! No two feet are the same. So it is possible that the shoes don’t fit. You have up to 14 days after receiving your order to exchange your articles for another size. And it’s completely free!
Please note that there are a few conditions in order to exchange articles for free:

1. We only exchange articles that have been bought on our website.
2. We only exchange articles for another size of the same article. If you would like to receive an entirely different article, than please return the original article and order the new article you want.
3. You can only exchange once per order. So please decide first which articles you would like to keep and which articles you would like to return for an exchange.

8. Check the box that you agree with the terms and conditions for exchanging articles on our website. This means that you agree that we exchange your article for another article and that you do not wish to be refunded.

12. As soon as we receive your return, we will send you the article you have selected for an exchange, free of charge.

It could happen that you would like another size but that this size is currently not on stock. In that case you cannot select it for an exchange. You will be able to see all available colours in the desired size that are currently on stock.
If none of the available colours appeals to you, please send a message to our customer service. We will contact you then as soon as possible to find a suitable solution for you. This could be a different model or a refund.

Yes, you can. In that case, select the articles to exchange in the column “Exchange” and the articles for refund in the column “Return for refund”. Because you are also returning one or more articles for an exchange, you will receive a free return label.
