As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipment confirmation by e-mail. In this e-mail, you will find a link to a web page where you can track your parcel.

You can also track your parcel in your Account. Log in to and go to “My orders”. In the details of your order, you will find the tracking number of your parcel and a link to the web page where you can track your parcel.

On average, you will receive your parcel within 3 to 5 working days. If you have not received your parcel after 7 working days, it is best to check the status of your parcel. If you think there may be a problem with your parcel, then feel free to contact our customer service and we will make sure to resolve the problem.
