As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipment confirmation by e-mail. In this e-mail, you will find a link to a web page where you can track your parcel.
You can also track your parcel in your Account. Log in to www.oxypas.com and go to “My orders”. In the details of your order, you will find the tracking number of your parcel and a link to the web page where you can track your parcel.
On average, you will receive your parcel within 3 to 5 working days. If you have not received your parcel after 7 working days, it is best to check the status of your parcel. If you think there may be a problem with your parcel, then feel free to contact our customer service and we will make sure to resolve the problem.
Shipment to Denmark, Sweden, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Spain
We deliver your parcel in a pick-up point.

Please note that we do not deliver to islands and certain remote places due to high transport costs. In this case, we reserve the right to cancel and refund your order. You will be notified of this by our customer service.
How can I order?
1. Choose a product, select the right size and colour and add it to your cart.
2. Go to your cart to finish your order.
3. Do you have a promotion code? Enter it here.
4. Decide if you wish to be delivered in a pick-up point or at home or at work.
5. Is this the first time that you order at Oxypas? Then please register as a new user. Do you already have an account at Oxypas? Then simply log in.
6. Choose your payment method.
7. Check your personal details and confirm your order.
8. You are now redirected to a web page of Multisafepay. Multisafepay is our partner for online payments and guarantees that your payment is securely processed. Complete the requested information and choose “Pay”.
9. Within a few minutes, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail and an e-mail from Multisafepay to confirm that your payment was successful.
